Decline in Hunters Is Threatening the Future of US Conservation Funding

A recent study by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service indicates only 5% of Americans 16 and older hunt, which is only half of what it was in 1970. The continuing decline in hunters will unfortunately mean insufficient conservation funding if the trend isn't corrected.
