Shipping Policies

SHIPPING

Occasionally we will select a different shipping method than requested at checkout. This will only be done if the one we select will arrive at the same time or earlier than the method you paid for. For example, occasionally UPS and FedEx have varying service times to rural areas, so we may choose a comparable service level to the one that was paid for. 

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via standard services including USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, FedEx Ground & Express, and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the item and the region to which it is shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, presented at the time of checkout. 

Note: We are not responsible in any way for carrier delays. Expected delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Please be patient with them during these unprecedented times, as they are working incredibly hard to keep packages moving. 

Manufacturer Direct Shipments

A small number of items on our website ship direct from the manufacturer. In these cases, typically you will receive the shipment prior to our getting tracking information. We only direct ship from reliable warehouses, so you can rest assured that your product will be delivered in a timely manner. 

International Shipping Policies

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, although costs can be relatively high. If you have questions about a shipping quote presented on the website, please email superiordecoys@gmail.com.

 

RETURNS

Returns of eligible items are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as are initial shipping charges. Orders that were shipped with "free shipping" will have the actual shipping cost paid by Superior Decoys deducted from the refund. Superior Decoys will cover shipping both ways for incorrect orders. For most defective items that are branded other than Superior Decoys, see our warranty page to submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer. 

The following items are ineligible for return for any reason other than manufacturer defect:

  • Apparel
  • Clearance items of any kind
  • Any mouth-operated game call
  • Special orders of any kind
  • Any item direct shipped from manufacturer, regardless of purchase methods
